Terms of Service

These terms apply to Harvane Technologies, LLC service-related communications and use of Harvane communication channels.

Service communications

Harvane may provide service-request updates, scheduling information, account notifications, and customer-care communications through channels the recipient has agreed to use.

SMS terms

For SMS, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Permitted use

Harvane communication channels may not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Harvane may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, service providers, systems, or legal obligations.

Operational availability

Communication delivery may depend on third-party networks and providers. Harvane does not guarantee uninterrupted carrier or network availability, but will use reasonable operational controls to manage service-related communications.

Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Harvane Privacy Policy. SMS consent and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
