SMS Consent & Messaging Terms
This page explains how Harvane Technologies, LLC obtains consent for service-related text messages and how recipients can control those messages.
How SMS consent is obtained
Harvane uses a verbal opt-in for service-related SMS communications. During service intake, the customer is asked whether they want to receive text-message updates about the specific service request at the mobile number they provided.
SMS messages are sent only after the customer gives affirmative consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Confirmation of enrollment
After the customer gives affirmative consent, Harvane sends a confirmation text identifying Harvane and confirming enrollment in service-related SMS updates. The confirmation states that message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and that the recipient may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
What messages may be sent
- Service-request confirmations and updates
- Scheduling and appointment confirmations or changes
- Service-status notifications
- Follow-up questions related to an active service request
- Two-way customer-care conversations
Harvane does not use this SMS program for unsolicited promotional messaging, purchased lead lists, or third-party marketing campaigns.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency varies based on the customer’s service request and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless plan.
Opt out and help
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop SMS messages. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, Harvane will not send further SMS messages except where permitted to confirm the opt-out.
Privacy of SMS consent and mobile information
Harvane uses mobile numbers and SMS consent information only to provide the requested service-related communications and customer care. Harvane does not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. Harvane does not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
